We were in keen to identify the problem of color change that had with the Virgin coconut oil. We spent months to identify the issue with the help of the Food Processing department of the Wayamba University Sri Lanka. The color changing at the bottom of the jar is not a fungi or harmful bacteria. As per the finding we did the trials to eliminate the issue. Our DasaCocos factory is completely renovated and modified to address the issue without compromising the quality of the product.
